Shipping & Returns

We use Royal Mail services, tracked where we can. We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days. 

Please note, if your order is a custom item it may take up to 14 working days to dispatch. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email at info@happylittlepawsuk.co.uk

​All our lead times can be found on our product pages. If your item is not available to buy now, then it will give a lead time for how long it will take us to get it to you. 

Express delivery is available and your order will be sent out the same day if ordered before 4pm (unless your product is on a pre-order).

Returns Policy

Happy Little Paws accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Please note, personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty. No products may be returned to Happy Little Paws without the prior written consent of Happy Little Paws and are subject to a return charge. **Please note that like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner to keep an eye on the condition to make sure it is safe for their pup to wear.

Cancelling Your Order

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from. Please let us know as soon as you can to avoid complications.
