What is your delivery time?We aim to get orders out ASAP but where we hand make our items, it can take a little bit longer. Our goal is to get orders out within 7 days, and most items listed on our website are in stock. Please note, if your order is custom then please allow up to 14 days.

What courier do you use?We use Royal Mail tracked services to ensure you can rely on a smooth delivery process. With this in mind, we are aware of recent issues with couriers so please allow extra time for your order to get to you. Your patience is greatly appreciated. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we'll offer an express delivery (may incur extra charges).

What is your lead time?Most items listed on our website we have already made and are ready to be shipped! If the item you are wanting to order has a pre-order option, it will give you a more accurate lead time. Please allow us 2-3 working days to get your order ready for dispatch. We like to try and get your orders out as quickly as possible, but please bare in mind we are a small handmade business so at busier periods, this may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
